Airport Service Refund, Cancellation & Terms of Service

At 48Taxi & Limousine, we are committed to delivering dependable, professional, and on-time transportation. The following terms are designed to ensure clear expectations and fair service for all clients booking with us.
Cancellation Policy
- More than 24 hours before pickup: Eligible for a 100% company voucher for future travel.
- 12–24 hours before pickup: A 25% cancellation fee applies. The remaining balance will be issued as a company voucher.
- Less than 12 hours before pickup: A 50% cancellation fee applies, with the remaining balance issued as a voucher.
Refund Method
All approved refunds are provided exclusively as company vouchers for future transportation services.
48Taxi & Limousine does not issue monetary refunds, and funds will not be returned to credit cards, debit cards, or any other form of payment.
Vouchers may carry an expiration date and must be presented at the time of booking.
No-Show Policy
A reservation is considered a no-show if the passenger does not meet the driver at the designated pickup location within the complimentary waiting period and cannot be reached.
No-shows are charged in full and are non-refundable and non-creditable.
Waiting Time & Late Arrivals
- Additional waiting time may be billed at the current hourly rate.
- If a passenger cannot be contacted after a reasonable period, the trip may be classified as a no-show.
Flight Delays
When flight details are provided, we monitor arrivals and adjust pickup times accordingly. No additional charge applies for verified flight delays.
Service Rendered
Service is considered rendered once the cancellation window has passed, regardless of whether the passenger enters the vehicle.
By confirming your reservation, you agree to all applicable rates, fees, and terms outlined in this policy.
Reservation Changes
Requests to modify a reservation must be communicated as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to accommodate changes,
they are subject to vehicle availability and may result in additional charges.
Early Termination or Trip Changes
If a trip is shortened, interrupted, or modified after service has begun, no refunds or credits will be issued for any unused portion.
Lost or Found Items
48Taxi & Limousine is not responsible for any personal items that are lost, forgotten, or missing in our vehicles.
If a driver locates an item and the customer requests its return, a delivery fee will apply based on the time, distance, and resources required to complete the return.
Shared Ride Circumstances
48Taxi & Limousine typically provides private transportation. However, in rare circumstances and due to operational needs,
passengers departing from the same pickup location may be assigned to the same vehicle. In such cases, full fares remain applicable to each passenger.
Drivers are not authorized to offer discounts, adjust rates, or provide partial refunds due to shared transportation.
Liability
48Taxi & Limousine is not responsible for delays or service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control,
including but not limited to traffic congestion, accidents, weather conditions, flight changes, airport delays, or road closures.
Right to Refuse Service
Drivers reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to any passenger displaying inappropriate behavior,
including intoxication, harassment, violence, or misconduct. In such cases, the trip will be charged in full.
Privacy
Your personal information is kept secure and confidential. We do not share client information with third parties except when required by law
or when necessary to complete your reservation.
Acceptance of Terms
By booking or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
