Returns & Cancellation Policy
All cancellations for transfers booked in sedans, SUVs, or vans must be received within 12 hours of the contracted start time to avoid the forfeiture of 100% of the estimated total trip fee. Prepaid cancellations made within 12 hours of the pickup time will be returned to the customer in the form of a 48taxi company VOUCHER, in addition to a rebooking fee of $25. In the case of customers sharing a taxi or limo, each individual will be charged the full price.
Prices may vary for weather conditions, late bookings, holidays, long weekends, prime time, overbooking of SUVs/vans, any delays past 5 minutes, extra bags, traffic, road detours, bridge tolls, additional limousine orders, lifting luggage, delivery, extra stops, and child seats. Voucher Policy
- Validity: All issued vouchers are valid for 31 days from the date of issue.
- Non-Cashable & Non-Transferable: Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, sold, or transferred to another person. They can only be redeemed for a 48Taxi service.
- Single Use: Vouchers can only be applied to one trip. If the value of the trip is less than the voucher amount, the remaining balance cannot be refunded, credited, or reused.
- Additional Charges: If the cost of your trip exceeds the voucher value, you are responsible for paying the difference directly to the driver.
- Cancellations: If you cancel a trip or if a trip is cancelled after payment or deposit, the amount will be converted into a voucher (valid for one trip only, within 31 days).
