Returns & Cancellations
- Â Validity: All issued vouchers are valid for 31 days from the date of issue.
- Non-Cashable & Non-Transferable: Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, sold, or transferred to another person. They can only be redeemed for a 48Taxi service.
- Single Use: Vouchers can only be applied to one trip. If the value of the trip is less than the voucher amount, the remaining balance cannot be refunded, credited, or reused.
- Additional Charges: If the cost of your trip exceeds the voucher value, you are responsible for paying the difference directly to the driver.
- Cancellations: If you cancel a trip or if a trip is cancelled after payment or deposit, the amount will be converted into a voucher (valid for one trip only, within 31 days).
